Ma3ak  is TE Data customer support service for the deaf and mute. A specialized team will attend to all your inquiries using sign language over a video call  on TE Data's official website.

Before using Ma3ak service please make sure that:

  1. Adobe flash program is installed on your computer.
  2. Your computer camera is switched on.

 For good quality it is preferable to use an internet line with 1MGbps speed or more.
